Perfect for an early Mother’s Day celebration or a stylish girls’ getaway, the Manor House Afternoon Tea features refined savory creations by Chef Shaun Doty of Jules, paired with exquisite French pastries from Pastry Chef Edouard Fenouil of The Patisserie on Main. This elevated service unfolds within the open‑air, made-for-Instagram setting of the Manor House Ruins.
Adult price includes one glass of sparkling wine.

About Pastry Chef Edouard Fenouil
Chef Edouard Fenouil brings an artist’s precision and a European sensibility to the pastry program at MAD Hospitality. Born and classically trained in the Chamonix region of France, he combines French technique with imaginative Southern expression to craft breads, pastries, and desserts rooted in creativity. He has refined his skills in prestigious kitchens across Paris, London, and the United States.
At MAD Hospitality, Chef Fenouil oversees the pastry and bread programs across the group’s concepts and is the creative force behind The Patisserie on Main, Madison’s charming French-inspired bakery.
