Rooted | An Appalachian Food Preservation Class

Join our chefs for a food preservation class inspired by Appalachia. Learn tips and tricks on how to preserve food from our region. Each guest leaves with a jar of preserved food. Class participants will learn to preserve local farm eggs and pheasant rillettes.
