Birds of Prey Demonstration

Reconnect with wildlife and learn about the birds of prey found in North Georgia. View multiple species of owls and a red-tailed hawk, all presented safely and informatively by the experts from Blue Ridge Raptors. Each participant receives a Sibley’s Guide to Raptors of Eastern North America.

Guided History Tour & Wine Tasting

This Easter weekend, hop back in time to enjoy an interactive history and wine tour of Barnsley Resort. Our knowledgeable guides will lead guests on a progressive walking tour through the historical areas of the resort, including the iconic Manor House Ruins. Along the way, enjoy Easter weekend-inspired pairings of wine with chocolates. Guests also participate in an egg hunt with exciting prizes suited for adult guests including logo merchandise, resort experience certificates and more!

Guests enjoy an authentic farm-to-table menu prepared in the culinary garden by our Chef Farmer Hugo Cifuentes and Executive Chef Marc Suennemann. Enjoy chef-driven selections including house-made breads along with produce and herbs picked fresh from the garden and cooked to serve over a Sea Island Forge fire kettle.
